Challenge: A pharmaceutical MNC based in China wanted to speed up its digital transformation and implement new customer-centric solutions.

Solution: We began by establishing internal engagement programs to translate business objectives into specific metrics and to prioritize topics for innovation. We sought out complementary partners to co-create trailblazing solutions for those identified challenges. Since then, our client has created successful customer - centric concepts that have been implemented on a larger scale. For the past three years, the digital projects have been highlighted at an annual innovation summit attended by industry professionals and players in the innovation ecosystem. The projects' outcomes were recognized by both the external ecosystem and internal global high-levels.
Challenge: A Japanese MNC based in China wished to develop innovative and impactful solutions for the group's business units to achieve measurable growth and outcomes.

Solution: In order to engage the entire group's business units at the same time, we launched our client's own incubator and innovation competition. By engaging with all of the business units' leaders during each of the competition milestones, we created an innovation environment for them to partner with cutting-edge tech and innovative firms. The public innovation competition was highly embraced by the external ecosystem as more than 100 startups actively participated in it. The competition produced successful concepts that are now being scaled up for market launch.
